Glad you found us here! The holiday home Valentin is located in the heart of the beautiful Oberammergau, just one hour South of Munich. It features a vast sunny garden and plenty of space for couples or a family with children.
Oberammergau is the starting point to one of the most beautiful areas in Bavaria and a must-see for first timers.

Holiday Home Valentin
This is the perfect place for a retreat – no other guests, no contact not even to your host – as this house does not hold any other places for accommodation but yours. The key is reserverd for you in a key locker. The house is in a lovely environment, with a direct view up to the mountains Kofel, Laber and Hörndle. This is the perfect place to relax for you and your family.

The pittoresque garden offers you a variety of ways to enjoy nature and free time. You can play beachvolleyball – kids love the space to play soccer or beachball.

Facilities:
The fully renovated house combines the advantages of modern equipment and the charme of the tradion. Originally built as a typically Bavarian house it offers today all advantages of a modern and exquisit location. The flat in the first floor was recently awarded with four stars by the office of tourism. There are two seperate large living rooms, three bedrooms, three separate bathrooms and an extra guest toilet, two kitchens, a nice indoor fireplace, balkonies and a large terrace. There are dishwashers and all equipment of a modern cuisine at your disposal. In the cellar we offer a sauna and a room for your laundry including a washing machine and a dryer.
Your holiday home comes with free WIFI, three TV sets with internet, a CD player, 2 bikes to be used free of charge and sledges in winter. For longer stays we offer a weekly cleaning service. This is a non smoking home, sorry, no pets are allowed.

The holiday home Valentin is situated right opposite of the tourist information and in walking distance to the Passionstheater.
Journey:
Coming from Munich or Garmisch on the B23 take the exit to Oberammergau. After approx. 1 km turn right into Eugen-Papst-Street. 200 m later on the right side you see the entrance to the property.
Sightseeing
Oberammergau is a year-round destination. Nature is breathtakingly beautiful throughout the whole year. Whether you like to hike, climb, bathe or bike in Summer, alpine or nordic ski or bob-sledge in Winter – the possibilities are endless.
And in close proximity you have numerous cultural highlights which you shouldn’t miss! Here is a small selection:
OBERAMMERGAU PASSION PLAY
The Oberammergau Passion Play is one of the world’s most renowned passion plays.
The play premièred in 1634 and since 1680 it is performed every ten years. The next coming season would have been in 2020 but due to Covid-19 all 103 performances are re-scheduled for 2022.
LINDERHOF CASTLE
Located in Ettal is the „Königliche Villa“ of King Ludwig II, the Schloss Linderhof.
The castle, its famous Venus Cave and the beautiful gardens are definitely worth a visit.

Holiday Residence Valentine (approx. 120qm)
We always rent the whole house, capacity is up to 6 persons.
The price is 230 € per day.
We generally charge a cleaning fee of 150 € at the end of your stay if the house is left in good order and condition.
Please note:
The minimum occupancy for our apartment is four nights! Pets only on prior request.
